End-of-Season Cleaning
The last clean of the season, so your modules are not holding a whole summer of soiling under the first snowfall.
What the visit involves
- Booked at the tail of the May–October season
- Clears the full summer load of pollen, dust and bird debris
- A clean module sheds snow sooner than a soiled one
- Documented, so you have a record going into winter
- Easy to pair with a May visit for next season
Straight answers
When should I book the end-of-season visit?
September or October, at the close of our May-to-October season. Booking it while you have Jesse on the phone about a summer clean is the easiest way to hold the date.
Do you clear snow off modules?
No. Snow removal is genuinely risky for the modules and for whoever is up there, and most arrays shed on their own once the sun reaches the glass. What we can do is get them clean beforehand so they shed sooner.
Why does it matter what is on the glass in winter?
Whatever is there when the season closes stays there until spring — right through the months when daylight is shortest and every hour of sun counts.
