Quotes and scheduling
Quotes are based on what we are told and what we can see, and may be adjusted if the array turns out to be larger, higher, or far more heavily soiled than described. We will always talk to you before changing a price, never after.
Access and safety
We need clear, safe access to set up on the ground beside the array. If conditions on the day make the work unsafe — high wind, ice, storms, unstable footing, or a roof or mount we judge to be in poor condition — we will stop and reschedule rather than press on.
Scope of our work
We clean and maintain solar arrays. We are not a solar installer and not an electrician. We do not install, repair, or modify panels, inverters, wiring, or mounting hardware. Where we notice damage we will tell you and photograph it so you can take it to your installer or warranty provider.
Payment
Payment is due once the work is complete unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
