Documented Solar Maintenance
Before and after documentation, and service records that give homeowners a clear history of professional array maintenance.
What the visit involves
- Before and after documentation of every visit
- Written service records kept for your array
- A clear maintenance history for warranty conversations
- Notes on anything we see up there worth watching
- Useful at resale, and for your installer
Straight answers
What does the documentation include?
Before and after photographs of the array, plus a written service record of the date, what was cleaned, and anything we noticed while we were on site.
Do you repair modules or inverters?
No — we clean and maintain, we are not an installer or an electrician. What the documentation does is give you dated evidence to hand your installer or warranty provider, instead of a description from memory.
Why does a maintenance history matter?
It backs you up in a warranty conversation, it is worth having at resale, and it tells you whether a drop in production is simply soiling or something that needs an installer.
